Welcome to Status Clean Co. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Status Clean Co provides residential cleaning services in Newcastle and surrounding areas. Services are subject to availability and may be tailored based on the needs of each client.

2. Bookings & Quotes

Quotes are provided based on the information you submit through our website or via direct contact.
Final pricing may vary if the actual condition of the property differs from the information provided.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Bookings are not secured until the deposit has been received.
Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee a booking until confirmed by us.

3. Payment Terms

The remaining 50% of the service fee is due on the day of service unless otherwise arranged.
Accepted payment methods: Payment options will be provided via invoice on the day of service. If you prefer to pay in cash, please advise in advance.
Invoices can be issued upon request.
Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs with less than 24 hours' notice.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a booking.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future service.

5. Access & Safety

It is the client’s responsibility to provide safe and reasonable access to the property.
We reserve the right to refuse service if we feel the environment is unsafe or unsanitary beyond reasonable expectations.

6. Damage & Liability

We take great care when providing our services.
In the unlikely event of accidental damage, please notify us within 24 hours.
Status Clean Co is insured for public liability; however, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.

7. Use of Website

You agree not to misuse or interfere with our website, including attempting to access areas you are not authorised to.
All website content, including text, logos, and images, is the property of Status Clean Co and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

9. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. We recommend checking this page periodically for updates.
